I bought these gloves to see if they would help the arthritis in my hands, especially my thumb. I was skeptical about FIR, far infrared, but after wearing them several nights (I sleep in them) I could tell my hand function had improved and I had less pain in my thumb. The fit chart helped me with sizing. I bought what was suggested and they fit. The fabric is very soft and the quality of the glove is very good. You will not be disappointed in the quality.

Late in October, I received my pair of Fir-Skin fingerless gloves, just in time to take them on a two-week fishing trip to New Zealand. While there, i used them 10-12 hours every day in conditions of air and water temperatures in the high 50s to low 40s. I’m pleased to say that they worked out very well. They kept me very warm, and they didn’t interfere at all with my actual fishing.
